I'm not a 5G expert by any means, but a lot of the health concerns make sense to me. The number of transmitters will grow by a factor of 10 at least. No one in a city will live farther than 1 block from a transmitter emitting microwave type frequencies.

Having said all that, that is NOT my main concern. The amount of bandwidth we are speaking about is 100 times or more what we have with 4G. Just as tech jumped going from 3G to 4G, so will the tech jump going to 5G. We like the new things like smart refrigerators that know what foods you have eaten and order more for you, or keep in touch with your air temp at home and you can control it from work with your phone, but there is about to be an explosion of tech that will fill up the new unused bandwidth that we probably won't like, especially if you are a Christian.

The main advantage of 5G will be the number of "appliances" that will be added to the network. Camera's and microphones will be everywhere, literally. Police will follow you with camera's every 100 feet or even less. Microphones will record every word you say on the order of "Alexa" to order Lyft rides or Uber. You won't need your phone to do most business but just speak and it will be done. You will have facial and voice recognition at all times at your front door or at the store, in a car or bus, everywhere you are. To see what's in store just look at China today and then look at the gulags full of people that said the wrong thing.

Another aspect might be you are on government health insurance and you have diabetes, so you go to WalMart and buy Blue Bell Ice cream. The cash register knows who you are and is following your purchases and flags the Ice Cream and phone's home to DC where your insurance is canceled. Either that or WalMart refuses to sell high calorie foods not on a government approved list for diabetics.

I am more concerned about the erosion of privacy and surveillance state in general than the radio frequencies.
