You don’t mock a person with a disease, especially a disease that the vast majority of his voters will have a loved one who suffers from it. Its not to be mocked, its to be pityed. He can mention that Joe seems to be very forgetful and sugfest that whoever he has as a VP will be the president in 2 years. Biden is a lying corrupt swamp dweller. Hit him as a career politician that has served in government for 40 years and never made a difference. Hit him with his quid pro quo making his corrupt son a millionare.
