A journey to where? I don’t think he’s figured that out yet. The guy changes every time you turn around. I wouldn’t trust him, because two weeks from now he could be embracing Islam, Buddhism, or Shintoism.
I wouldn’t go expecting all Democratic black votes going to West.
Roughly 30 to 35 percent of blacks will still vote for Trump...that doesn’t change. I would suggest in California...it won’t matter much (6-percent of voter base is black, and 1/3 of them will go to Trump)....so taking California votes away from Biden doesn’t achieve much.
It’s states like Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, etc....where West might achieve status and take votes from Biden.
But one odd aspect is out there...BLM will confuse their enthusiasts by saying that voting for West, is a no-go. Yet, he is the black candidate.
The hospitalization for “temporary psychosis” may set his campaign back a little.

Well it seems to me the reason why he waited so long was to avoid all that looking into his background and such. No debates no nothing just hi I’m Kanye and vote for me oh and by the way I’m famous..

Trump won with 8% of the black vote. Kanye came out as a Trump fan after. Trump now hovers around 30% approval from likely black voters. In part due to Kanye’s now silenced voice. Which is sad. If they can shut Kanye up for dissent against the democrat party, just damn.
I’ll listen to the dude in 2024. I don’t care what ticket, the guy has issues (who doesn’t) but spits his truth. And I tend to like it lately.

Optimistic projections aside there is little reason to believe Trump is gonna break out with the black vote, especially now.
And little reason to believe anyone other than blacks or young white idiots would vote for West. He might attract nonvoters the most, which wouldn’t effect the outcome.
He’ll siphon more votes from so-called “Republicans” than from Democrats. He’s hoodwinked everyone on his “conversion,” which is just a publicity scam to solidify his brand name, but today’s stupid Evangelicals will believe him.
This is not good, if true.
Biden already promised the VP post to a “womyn.” He’d majorly tick off the feminist contingent of the D base if he went back on that.
