When you’re Black in America, the best thing you can develop is a sense of amnesia and try to Forget that YOUR ANCESTORS SOLD YOU INTO SLAVERY!!!

And that if they hadn't sold them into slavery, they would have killed them, and you would not exist.

Most blacks in America would not exist if they ancestors had not been sold into slavery by other blacks, and if their slave ancestors did not have the great good fortune to become slaves in the territory to become the United States; slaves elsewhere usually died without producing children.

Forgotten in all of this is the Civil War that many white soldiers died to free the slave population and provide an opportunity for independence that doesn’t exist in many countries.

There are no Thanks being offered for this as our country evolved. Just a grudge that is used to push a narrative that all “ non color” are bigots even though their are more and more inter racial families living in a free country.
