This is about 60% higher than the rate of New Cases in the earlier peak (April-May). At the same time, 616 reported deaths are 75% LESS than the death rate of the earlier peak.
This divergence can only be partly explained, in my opinion, by the murderous policies of New York and other RAT states.

I did hear on radio out of DFW a report confirming “rumors” that 1 positive test result can count up to 17 in the positive column. There’s that 17 again. The person tested positive, gave the names of 16 contacts and they reported 17 positive. WTH?!?!
