You are not going to win this one. Too many idiots. A while back myself and another guy had a discussion about wearing a mask vs, not wearing a mask. His response was that he wore a mask when he was outside to keep from spreading the virus when he was outside. It never dawned on him that if he was hot he should stay inside. Away from people.

Your guess is good as mine. He just said that he wore his mask to keep from infecting others when he was outside. I did not question him. I took it to mean that he was hot [infected]. We had no further discussion.
