My folks are SF fans so I’ve heard plenty of his oeuvres. In fact, just last night I was listening to his Rock Island Line.

Stan Freberg was a classic, off the wall, comedian in the late 50’s and in the 60’s .

His distinctve voice was also all over the Jay Ward cartoons (eg Rocky and Bullwinkle, George of the Jungle....)
