Key word there is “reasonable”. Testing people who come in from an area where cases are prevalent would be reasonable. Quarantining people who test positive would be reasonable. The approach they are taking? Probably not.
Many Hawaiians hate Haoles and that 14 day rule caters to that group. That’s IMHO, of course.
Hawaii has virtually no cases. Why shouldn’t they be allowed to PROTECT themselves?
