Does that include derivatives such as hefeweizens?
I am not sure what that is- but I probably should have made it clear it is modern processed, bleached, chemical-added flour that gave me the most problem. I even wondered if it was the ROUNDUP they began using to increase wheat yield, because when I was younger I ate wheat and bread all my life.
I’ve been experimenting with Einkorn flour that I grind myself- and yesterday made two delicious hamburger buns, and had no issues that I could tell. It’s just a real pain to work with. Still trying to figure it out.
If I eat modern flour products I blow up like a balloon immediately and sometimes get joint pain so bad I can barely walk.
It’s so much easier just to stick to paleo diet - meat and veggies and fruit. You would think eating a nice steak every day would be expensive- but I eat so much less because I am barely hungry. When I was eating flour I was starving constantly, and eating all day every day.
Now I sometimes forget if I’ve eaten all day.
LOL I had to google that- yeah I avoid wheats of all kinds, but I have very little experience to pass on with beers
Corona beer is supposed to be ‘gluten free’ so I’ve stuck to that.
