Bad times ahead for Oklahoma.
Posted on 07/01/2020 6:22:43 AM PDT by LouAvul
We just passed additional benefits for our welfare deadbeats, meth heads, etc. 70 counties voted against it. It passed with only 7 counties supporting it, largely those in or around our universities.
And one of those college towns, Norman, has the University of Oklahoma (30,000 students total all campuses). The city just terminated a number of police positions so that they could have money for "community outreach."
Oklahoma, for Pete's sake!

So the overpopulated hives get their way.The Metro areas have been overriding the rural areas for years. One screaming example is when Nevada voted for background checks:

My argument has always been Electoral College votes by Congressional District and one vote for each county on state issues. Without them, large populations centers will always rule the roost.

And it is doing all it can to manage that much.
What can one expect from a state whose greatest aspiration is to be, “OK”?

It is all just a matter of time.
Democracy does that. The Republic is dead but in name only.

The Greatest Generation raised the world’s worst parents, children and grand children.
How?
Divorce? Women in the work place? Lust for stuff?
They also became the sponsors of all the liberal big gooberment we have now.
