I don’t believe the Surgeon General has the authority to make a pronouncement like this. I am enraged. He can’t make law! It’s like saying the US economy cannot open until everyone gets vaxxed, or wears a bunny suit, or whatever. It’s not his job or his call to make an ultimatum like this!
