And I just spoke with one of the senior county officials that confirmed that Texas is an endemic state by classification. If you have one other subjective symptom (cough, sneeze, “feel hot” or actual fever) you have two of the three required conditions and counted as a “new case” on that dashboard I just posted. The Hospitals are rather full with the long postponed treatments where people weren’t allowed to go to the Hospital.
