Were there no previous women performers? Why is everything about being first for big media?
Was wondering if someone would catch that.
He was there for other movies filmed in Tucson. Don’t recall which, was the mid-’60s.
Erickson was a big drinker, loud guy. Most of those people were pretty much like their characters. Wasn’t a hard job for them.
He is as is Mark Slade and Don Collier.
Mark Slade enjoyed career success on the series but left to go into movies. I am not sure how he fared after that.
Anyone remember “Lancer”?
It was the only show I ever saw which had an episode showing gun control as a means to taking over the town. Only Johnny Lancer refused to turn his guns in.
I don’t think he was very active after The High Chaparral.
I always liked Don Collier and didn’t realize he was still with us.
Was there anyone in Argentina who wasn't of Italian heritage?
Leif even has a day named after him....Hinga Dinga Durgen!
She was so sexy
Rest in Peace...
That and lots of Germans!
Irish, too....Including one Che Guevara.
I suspect a few Japanese have lived there since ‘40s & ‘50s as well!
Don Collier will be 92 in October 2020.
Yea! Oh Wait...
Oddly I don’t recall him celebrating that, but he did celebrate a LOT
Real Viking guy, not the fake kind that slithers around HollyWeird now
She played and was quite a lovely woman on that show.
RIP
Thanks.
As I remember, Leif Erickson was on the USS Missouri for the Japanese surrender.
Ditto
Too young to go...
“Born in Argentina, but of French and Italian heritage.
Was there anyone in Argentina who wasn’t of Italian heritage?”
The German ones.
