California, New Jersey and New York have made nursing homes accept Covid-19 patients from hospitals. Residents and workers fear the policy is risking lives.
Neal Nibur has lived in a nursing home for about a year, ever since he had a bad bout of pneumonia. Now, the 80-year-old man has not only his own health to worry about but that of his neighbors at the Poughkeepsie, N.Y., residence. Four new patients recently arrived from the hospital with Covid-19.
They were admitted for one reason, according to staff members: A state guideline says nursing homes cannot refuse to take patients from hospitals solely because they have the coronavirus.

The disease caused by the virus has killed more than 10,500 residents and staff members at nursing homes and long-term care facilities nationwide, according to a New York Times analysis. That is nearly a quarter of deaths in the United States from the pandemic. On Saturday, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo of New York described nursing homes as a “feeding frenzy for this virus.”

At the epicenter of the outbreak, New York issued a strict new rule last month: Nursing homes must readmit residents sent to hospitals with the coronavirus and accept new patients as long as they are deemed “medically stable.” California and New Jersey have also said that nursing homes should take in such patients.

Cuomo was part of the effort to intentionally force Covid-19 patients into elder care homes, which he himself describes a a "feeding frenzy" for the disease. It was intentional - they murdered the elderly because the Deep State needed to drive the death rate up to lockdown the country, destroy jobs and the economy, and push mail in voting - all to defeat their mortal enemy, President Trump.
Congressman Steve Scalise is demanding the states engaging in this murder of the elderly account for their actions - and they are refusing to cooperate.

When will people learn that they count on fear-based compliance. They HATE daylight on their shady BS.
This could have been stopped cold by a few nursing home directors publicly refusing to obey and announcing it far and wide.
This forces Cuomo to use law enforcement or whatever to force them in, or close them down. That leads to the evening news asking why?

The only way that works is segregation. Segregation in the facility, staff, food, and nursing staff is the only way this works.

CA is offering Assisted Living and Nursing Homes money (bribes) to take COVID patients. I suspect the lawyers think that by accepting the money, the nursing homes accept the liability. I say it’s murder for hire. Both the payer and payee are complicit.

Some states and counties devoted their facilities to “covid-19 only” patients, thereby segregating them. But that didn’t serve deep state goals. :(
