Yes-I know it is French-but I assumed they had their main facility in North America in the US, like so many other cosmetic houses do in someplace like NY or California. The 1st time I ordered a L’Oreal product online-I noticed that it had shipped from Canada and the package had info in both English and Quebecois/Canadian French-so next time I wanted that product, I chose another brand I know ships and is made in the US-also, unlike a lot of other products, there is not a huge price difference on cosmetic/hair products made outside the US and those made here-so I buy American...
