In Arizona: add the 46% “unknowns” (people with no U.S. identification) to the 25% Hispanic, and you get 71%.

I believe we are importing infected patients.

Will Mexico provide equivalent service in return? Say I had a non-emergecy operation I couldn’t get done in the US (mild hernia) because that’s shut off now. Will Mexico provide that as compensation?
