The first and last ones you MIGHT be able to get a doctor to prescribe.
The rest are over the counter and will dramatically curb systemic inflammation.
Thanks for the list; working on getting some of the OTC ones.
Quercetin I took with Zn, D3, C, and B complex
Dont know if it helps, but seasonal allergies were much better this year
Thought about melatonin, but it knocks me on my butt
Should these (e.g. Quercetin) be taken before symptoms or after symptoms appear?
This is from webMD
“Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19): Quercetin may have benefit for some airway infections, but there is no good evidence to support using it for COVID-19. Follow healthy lifestyle choices and proven prevention methods instead.”
Even WebMD doesn’t want people to take a safe medicine that is cheap- There may be no trials showing that it works, but there also aren’t any trials showing that it doesn’t work
What other choice do people have if doctors are unwilling to give out HCQ WHEN a person gets the virus- WebMD Thinks everyone is just gonna be able to avoid getting virus by ‘practicing proven lifestyle prevention methods’- what an irre3sponsible thing to say- not everyone can avoid getting the virus- and when they do, they NEED to know that there MAY BE effective alternatives to HCQ if they can’t get it from their doctors!
