Because she is a MOE-RON!
One of my dear friends has diabetes. It’s a constant worry.
Should these (e.g. Quercetin) be taken before symptoms or after symptoms appear?
Before, Quercetin is zinc ionophore
Thank you.
Maybe she has seasonal hay fever like I do. Every year I get an asthma-like cough in the spring that lasts until the cottonwood trees shed (which is right about now). About one out of three years it progresses into a sinus infection. This year I have been monitoring my temperature and it has been normal. If this was the first time for me for this I would have considered testing for covid. Since this is a yearly thing it has only lead to dirty looks in public when I cough or sneeze.
Amy’s 47 years old. Maybe she’s having hot flashes.
Prophylaxis
While there is extremely limited data, the following cocktail may have a role in the prevention/mitigation of COVID-19 disease. This cocktail is cheap, safe, and widely available.
Vitamin C 500 mg BID and Quercetin 250-500 mg BID
Zinc 75-100 mg/day (acetate, gluconate or picolinate). Zinc lozenges are preferred. After 1
month, reduce the dose to 30-50 mg/day.
Melatonin (slow release): Begin with 0.3mg and increase as tolerated to 2 mg at night [13-16]
Vitamin D3 1000-4000 u/day
Optional: Famotidine 20-40mg/day
Yeah, we NEVER heard of this mysterious shit before Covid. So it’s Covid. Endless Covid. Forever until the end of timeOrangeManBad.
Here, again, is the media problem with this disease. They find literally one case in approximately 2.617M cases. They then write a story to extrapolate this data and make us fear everything.
There are a million and one reasons what these symptoms could be — however pointing it toward CoVID is not particularly good medicine without a thorough work up and even if it is a sequelae of CoVID (it says she is testing negative) It is a post - viral syndrome that will run its course. Those syndromes usually last 4 - 6 weeks.
Fear porn, pure and simple.
Fear mongering
[[patients are experiencing what’s referred to as post-viral inflammatory syndrome, in which the body’s immune system remains “revved up” even after the virus goes away.]]

"For example, this patient is being treated for COVID-19 after entering the hospital after having been hit by a train..."
This is from webMD
“Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19): Quercetin may have benefit for some airway infections, but there is no good evidence to support using it for COVID-19. Follow healthy lifestyle choices and proven prevention methods instead.”
Even WebMD doesn’t want people to take a safe medicine that is cheap- There may be no trials showing that it works, but there also aren’t any trials showing that it doesn’t work
What other choice do people have if doctors are unwilling to give out HCQ WHEN a person gets the virus- WebMD Thinks everyone is just gonna be able to avoid getting virus by ‘practicing proven lifestyle prevention methods’- what an irre3sponsible thing to say- not everyone can avoid getting the virus- and when they do, they NEED to know that there MAY BE effective alternatives to HCQ if they can’t get it from their doctors!
Some? How many is some?
FEAR PORN !!!
well, maybe YOU never heard of this “mysterious shit”,but there’s papers going back to at least 1987 on post-viral inflammatory syndrome, not to mention 85,000,000 google hits:
https://www.google.com/search?q=post-viral+inflammatory+syndrome
Post-viral syndrome is temporary. Although the effects may linger, many people can expect their symptoms to resolve within a few weeks.I almost always get bronchitis after a cold and it takes 8-12 weeks to resolve, but the crappy run-down feeling can last a lot longer. I never heard of post-viral inflammatory syndrome before, but the description at the site I referenced sure sounds like what I get.In some cases, symptoms may last for longer, even up to several months. A smaller study in the journal Viral Immunology reported that 31% of people experienced prolonged fatigue of longer than 6 months following treatment for West Nile virus. The average duration of this symptom among these individuals was 5 years.
Dr. Seuhalt of MedCram recommends Vit D + Quercitin + NAC + Zinc. He is on the front lines and takes these supplements himself. He has several good lectures on these and how and why they work.
