Police are investigating video of an alleged assault that occurred at a Yogurtland in California where a woman is seen coughing in the face of a baby, allegedly because the mother was not maintaining proper social distance.
The incident took place June 12 when a white woman described as being in her 60s was standing in line for frozen yogurt in front of another woman and her child in a stroller, the San Jose Police Department said.
"The preliminary investigation revealed the suspect was upset the female was not maintaining proper social distancing so the suspect removed her face mask, got close to the baby's face, and coughed two to three times," said police Sgt. Enrique Garcia.

In the unlikely event the woman was infected, the baby is in less danger than anyone else in the store. That this made the news is a testament to the hysteria we’ve all fallen prey to.
“When a white woman.” Knew it had to be something like CNN. Had it been a black woman, we’d have had to BOLO for her without the benefit of a description.
That’s assault on that baby. She should be arrested for that....better yet, she should have had her azz whipped.
Whenever the news leaves out the race of the suspect you know what they are hiding.

SoCal local news is the same way..if the perp is black they will release his photo and say “The suspect is destroyed as a young man in his 20s” HELLO, forgot to mention the perp is BLACK..but if the perp is white they will say “The suspect is destroyed as a young WHITE man in his 20s”

What a miserable old biddy. I had a couple of teachers like her: those glasses, that body type, that “I am in charge here” attitude even out in public spaces.
This is what happens to unfulfilled people when they get old. Sad.
Whether baby gets sick or not, whether at risk or not, find that ignorant woman and throw her in jail.
