I had a S&W 340PD and would practice with .357 all of the time. Got to be pretty good out to 9yds. Just thinking now the number of rounds isn't good enough and I've never done a speed load.
I bought my S&W Mod 28 Highway Patrolman in 1973, carried it on the street till 1981. It became like an extension to my arm. Thousands of rounds thru it, a lot of hand loaded full wadcutters for qualification practice. Nothing fouls like handloaded wadcutters lol.
I still have it, take it out now and then and it feels like old times, every time.
It's a noble chunk of iron.
