I think the members of the appeals court can themselves seek to hear the case in full and I think that’s what Sullivan is waiting for ... then he would submit a filing to have heard if they don’t.
hmm...just so I understand - have any other judges on the DC appeals court asked to hear it? Or is Sullivan just dicking around hoping for that?
