what if it was a legal purchase and the NDA guy didn’t find out til later that the purchaser was traitorous?

IMO, he should go to Barr and tell all.

If the purchaser lied in a way that was material to the contract, it’s fraud. Lots of legal interpretation (and I’ve been retired to long to be reliable) but fraud is fraud. And if the contract is procured by fraud it is invalid. But like anything in the law, endless arguing on both sides. That’s how I got worn out.

In addition to which the NDA guy should have already established the Mother of All Dead Man Switches.

...just in case.

But maybe Q, NSA and Trump already "have it all" anyway...sheesh, what a tangled mess that would make.

No wonder the derps all seem to be losing their minds.
