The D hammer doesn’t appeal to me. I take 3000 IU daily(occasionally 5000 IU but that’s the most.)
Yep- you can take that amount daily and get same results as hammer- the hammer is a ‘one shot deal’ (per month i think- maybe it’s per 2 weeks, don’t remember)
