Someone has to come u[ with an actual photograph to show He wasn’t just like the prevalent heritage where He walked....that’ll solve it - then BLM will attack and burn the photo...and start the “debate” all over again.

I understand what Caucasian means. But as a person from the Middle East he would be more likely to look like a Palestinian than Parisian.
discussing it in theological terms means taking their shtick at face value.
When the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to St Bernadette, she appeared as a French woman. When she appeared to St Juan Diego, she appeared as a Native American. She spoke to each of them in their own language, and also took on their ethnic physical appearance. Makes perfect sense to me.
2000 years ago, the flesh and blood Mary was Jewish. Today, Ashkenazi Jews are white, while Sephardic Jews are darker. My guess is that, 2000 years ago, Jews were in between - so probably a little darker than Italians and Greeks.
Based on the Biblical account, I thought Jews originated in what is now Iraq. But I recall reading somewhere the theory that they had previously come from further north, presumably north of the Caucasus. But Wikipedia places them in Canaan throughout their history - so basically where Israel is today. Im wondering if this isnt a general mass migration caused by the ice ages. During an ice age, the people to the north were mostly forced to move south to escape the advancing ice. Then, when the Earth warmed, they mostly moved back north.
stop appeasing, England, Just stop it.
Who cares what color Jesus is portrayed as? His message is universal. If they want a dark-skinned Jesus let them have a dark-skinned Jesus. Of all the racial issues we face today this is pretty small fry.
