We must stand together with the victims of police brutality, hateful acts, and social injustice due to the color of their skin. Join us for this series of at-home workouts designed to honor those who were taken too soon due to acts of hate and violence. These workouts arent meant to make light of these situations, but rather raise awareness and add significance to activity. We hope these workouts inspire action over complicity, and hold people accountable. We encourage you to make these one of MANY ways you stand in solidarity with the Black community and stay active against white supremacy and racism. The Workouts For each workout, the number of reps and sets will have significance. There will also be pre and/or post workout cash-in/out exercises that will consist of action items that actually incite change. These are very important and are a part of the workout. We must #SayTheirNames (and think of the many names we cant say because their murders were not caught on camera or publicized) and continue the movement against the prejudiced system and fight for racial equality. Black Lives Matter.
