Wallace said the rope that was found in his garage wasn’t a garage pull that he had ever seen before.
I guess if he hadn't seen the noose it couldn't have looked like a garage pull he had seen before.
He says with evidence they have/he’s seen it’s a “straight up noose”
thaat is why the question of who reported it is pretty damn key.
