Don't know about the tourist towns, but haven't seen more than 1-in-10 people wearing masks around here and only some of the Big Boxes/National stores making their staff wear ‘em. (Or approximations or bandannas or hangin’ off their ear or...)

Same here in West Texas until earlier this week the Governor (abbot) and my local mayor got COVID crazy in the head.
Not many wearing masks, but store employees being made to wear them. In my opinion it is a violation of rights. Those who are not medical doctors are making medical decisions for the entire populace.
