The Chinese do not give a darn.
Looks a little murky. :^)
So far no important news. This 10 min video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4Wz1sNBuj0 is informative.
Central China’s Wuhan City raised its flood emergency response level from three to two on Monday after continuous rainfall. Citizens are advised to stay at home and watch out for weather alerts.

The period 21-26 h from now it will rain more than 1 inch/h in Wuhan.
The reservoir opened spillways for the first time in nine years on Tuesday to lower the crest of the floods. The provincial water resources authorities said on Tuesday that many rivers in the province's main plain area had seen waters rise above the alert levels.
Meteorological authorities predicted that intense rain will last in the northern and central parts of Zhejiang into the following days.

This is a shopping mall in Suzhou China. Inspired by Venetian Hotel in Macao, this shopping mall built a river inside the mall. All visitors agreed, this one is more astonishing than the river in Venetian Hotel.

If the situation was less dangerous I would have added “LOL”
From Wednesday morning to Thursday morning, heavy rain and rainstorms are expected in Guizhou, Guangxi, Yunnan and Sichuan, among other regions, the National Meteorological Center said, warning that some areas of Jiangxi will experience downpours with up to 260 mm of daily rainfall.

I hate it when I've got too much water in my wuhan!
BTW, nice timelapse.
I repeat...wow
An 800-year-old bridge in Wuyuan, East Chinas Jiangxi Province, was hit by massive floods amid heavy rain on Wednesday, with part of the bridge deck washed away.

Nine buildings and two bridges were washed away by the overflowing river waters due to heavy rain in southern China.
The video, shot in the city of Shangrao in Jiangxi Province on July 8, shows the buildings collapsing into a flooded river. Due to the heavy rain, the water level of the river rose up to 23.7-metres-high, which exceeded the highest record in 1998 in history.
Depending on how full, the dam also slows Earth's rotation speed lengthening the day, changes Earth's wobble and pole locations, makes the Earth fatter at the equator while bringing the poles closer, slightly causes world-wide climate change, as well as alters the distribution of gravity, how much things weigh, and the speed of time. All these changes are tiny but lab instruments can measure them.
They have reduced the flow from the Three Gorges Dam to 19 000 m3/s (it was > 28 000 yesterday), and the level has increased to 150.31 m it was some 148 m. Perhaps to reduce the flow of water to Wuhan? Note that it takes a few days for the water to go from the Three Gorges Dam to Wuhan.
Perhaps due to this:
The Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission upgraded the level III emergency response of the Yangtze River flood and drought disaster prevention to level II at 14:00 on July 10. The Hydrological Bureau dispatched a working group to the front line to guide the flood prevention work. The current flood and drought disaster prevention work has entered a critical period.
The emergency rescue team and related detachments should be fully prepared, and once the flood storage area is activated or when the levee breach occurs, the relevant hydrological testing work should be carried out immediately, and the water resources center and forecast center should conduct professional technical analysis and implement emergency forecast in a timely manner.

If this continues they have to relocate a lot of people.
