NASCAR president Steve Phelps said there are not a lot of answers yet in regard to an investigation into a noose that was left in driver Bubba Wallace’s garage at the Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday.

It shouldn’t be hard to figure it out. No fans at the race, so only NASCAR, Team and raceway staff, all who should have had credentials to enter specific areas.
Even if Bubba hired someone to put it in himself? NASCAR President Steve Phelps is full of it. He’s not going to ban anyone when they find out it was planted by someone falsely just like Jussie Smollet made up his story in Chicago.
