They won't be fine with it when they figure out how much the Chinese hate blacks. The Chinese are fine with using them to advance their interests, but few people are more rabidly racist against black people than the Chinese.
In any communist take over, the ones that are shocked the most at the harsh oppression are the useful idiots that enabled communism to take over. They find that they are treated no different than those that fought against the takeover. Now they think they will be rulers, after the take over they will be serfs.
