On Friday June 19 a trove of 269GB of data was posted to the internet by a group calling itself 'Distributed Denial of Secrets'. The link above leads to a popular Twitter hashtag on this topic.
What was leaked were secret law enforcement documents that detail numerous practices of law enforcement.
A lot of this is really scary police state stuff like some people here on FR post. Things like how Google keeps user files on all Google users and then passes them to law enforcement. License plate readers are used to track activists left and right. Nevada police used a state resource to celebrate violence against suspects calling said violence "pretty".
I am not celebrating this breach of data. I am posting this here because this will likely be used to justify further rioting.
Also, there is yet more data to be leaked in the future.

Are they trying to scare conservatives off social media so we won’t make liberals cry?

Don’t worry about it. They know everything about you. You’re going to get your one world government whether you like it or not. ‘We’re fighting terror’ or drugs or whatever.

You might want to look through the documents that have been posted so far. Some of it is aimed squarely at conservatives and 2nd Amendment supporters.

When Leftists broke into police departments it’s hard to think that they didn’t do as the terrorists in Iraq did when they looted our embassy.
Of course they are going to take classified files (and expunge records)

    I don't see
Antifa,
BLM or .. God Forbid any
Muslom group on this?

I'm guessing that only
White Supremacists,
Skinheads and basically .. any
Pale Skinned individual is to fear when it comes to rioting, destruction, racism, graffiti, internet extremists recruitment and Hate Speech?
(Did I miss anything?)

The lettering on the document was so faded that I pasted the text below the image!

This plenary session will focus on both hate crimes and the vital concerns facing our nation in regards to extremism in Southern California.

We will begin with an exploration of California hate crime laws including identifying and recognizing hate motivated behavior; the relationship between hate crimes laws and the First Amendment and what makes hate crimes unique from other crimes.

We will also focus on the vital concerns facing our nation in regards to extremism.

The contemporary threats and challenges posed to law enforcement require new skills and expertise for counteraction.

Specifically, we will explore Emerging Trends in Domestic Terrorism from the internet to the recruitment of the youth; Recognizing Extremist Hate Symbols and Tattoos including neo-Nazi, white supremacist, prison and racist music groups; and a presentation on Beyond Nazis: Californias White Power Subculture, which will focus on an analysis of over 600 social networking profiles of skinheads and white supremacists in Southern California and understanding their influences.

These influences include prison gangs, white street gangs, neo-Nazis, racist skinheads, cross-cultural street gangs, drug subcultures and X-treme sports.

From what I can tell the data was stolen from a company called “Netsential” and not a law enforcement agency. Very likely it walked out the door over a period of time and not due to a ‘hack’.
Meaning the person stealing the data probably worked for Netsential and had access to the data.
