Article says 30,000 people live within that area. Sounds a bit high.
Using their figures, that should be 30,000 lawsuits against the city.
That 30,000 number is crazy high.
Much of the area is commercial, plus there is a park within the six blocks.
The high rises are not that high.
If I had to guess, I would say 5,000 residents. The majority of them have fled to live with family or friends.
