I read your post and agree. Some (not you from what I see) think the Democrats somehow had advance knowledge of the virus, and that’s just silly. Nobody did.
But, democrats are VERY good at taking advantage of situations as they occur to support their cause. All political democrats (i.e. those who are active in politics, not just those who tend to vote for democrats who are persuadable) - have been united behind one single goal for over 3 years: to remove Donald Trump from office. By whatever means.
Think about how it feels to be totally 100% dedicated to a big overarching goal. For some it’s running a 5K or marathon, for others it’s completing a degree or something equally challenging. You put your entire being into it, everything you’ve got. That’s how political democrats are with Trump. (We were much nicer about Obama, relying on the ballot box).
In this way it’s easy to fit emerging events into the democrat agenda. The first question they ask is “How can this help remove Trump?”. Then they put the narrative together and use Soros money and the Fake News Media to communicate it non-stop.
Covid-19 was ripe for exploitation, and they’ve done so in all the ways you listed and more. If space aliens were to land tomorrow they would look for a way to blame Trump and make him look bad. Or for him to be abducted ;-)

The Democrats ties with China and collaborative strategy means the Democrats absolutely had advance knowledge of the virus. It was always going to be part of the plan - even with Hillary as president.
Fauci was “foretelling” the future, when Trump first took office, saying he would face an outbreak, Gates/Soros/Cuomo all funding contact tracing in organizations they set up 5 years ago, Gates/Soros devoting to gaining control of the CDC and WHO, and vaccines. This is part of the deep state plan to cull the population.
