So that noose was in the Dega garage stall #4 in 2019. Shows it beside the #31 Daniel Hemric car. This week NASCAR driver of the #43 Bubba Wallace, a “driver of color” (black mom, white dad) is making the rounds claiming he’s been singled our with racial attacks due to a noose being on the garage door. Often nooses, or loops are just there for ease in pulling the rope.

2019 video posted by Q is just showing Bubba Wallace is playing Jussie Smollett by holloring “racist attack.”

It's not a noose so that's probably why you couldn't see it.
