Use the leftist voters to help us support getting rid of qualified immunity. Qualified immunity is when the city has to pay if someone wins a lawsuit against a police officer. This would mean that if police violated the Constitution, they could be personally sued for the violation, risking their house, car, boat, etc.

I can see being able to sue the governmental entity, but draw the line when sueing a police officer, who is forced to obey their mayor’s orders, under threat of being fired.
