I wonder how an unarmed Social Worker or Community Organizer would have handled this?
I assume some hands on Counseling and then a nice Bleeding Out.
Since AZ is a Constitutional Carry State, I’m sure an Armed Citizen would have come to the Officer’s defense if need be.
