I turned it off before he got through his question. As soon as he said "President tweeting fake videos... exploiting children..." I just closed the window. But here is how I would have answered:

"When the President tweets a video like that, he knows there are three types of reactions. There are the people who understand the point he is trying to make, there are people who don't, and there are people who do but pretend not to. There's not really much more to say about it. Next?"

I also woudl have said to him as he tried to dominate the briefing by claiming “I only got to ask two questions, here’s my third”

“This isn’t the CNN News hour- there are actual reporters here- Respectful reporters that don’t try to dominate a press briefing- who have legitimate questions to ask- You don’t get 3-4 questions when noone else does- Next?”
