If history teaches us one thing, and I see no evidence that it does, it is this: violence is the ultimate arbiter.
There is no retort to “Bang.”

What we have now is a rejection of our ideas by the Forces of Evil, sponsored and powered by Satan. A number of their ideas stem from the principle that we should not be free to enjoy our God-given rights, such as our rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
It seems that you would regard us as legitimate targets of violence if we take up arms to defend ourselves against evil.
Can’t agree. Evil always attacks good; that is its nature. However, it can never be legitimate that evil should attack good. And yes, that applies even if Good stumbles and commits an evil act.
I think it could go down like this - we reject their denial of our God-given rights and exercise them anyway (no violence yet), then they have the choice to ignore it, argue more against it (both OK) or physically intervene (which is the violence required to escalate),
Yes, it does tend to come down to a matter of “when”. And you know it is going to have to happen. But you still have to wait until the Rubicon is crossed, unless their words themselves are expressions of violent intent, in which case you are already there.
