It is north Houston. I grew up there. It was predominantly white for many years until the mid-80's. Feral gibsmedats have been infesting that entire Spring/Klein area since.
It’s behavior like this by some freed slaves indiscriminately seeking revenge in the aftermath of the Civil War, that led to the creation of groups like the KKK, and when the Klan took to lynch mobbing and indiscriminately targeting the innocent too, the cycle kept repeating, and we ended up with irredeemable crazies like the Nation of Islam and Stormfront.
