I am over all of this. I don’t care what consenting adults do in their bedrooms. I would have preferred if civil unions were used instead of the sacrement of marriage, but governments and most Christian demoninations have caved on this, so be it. It’s good news for divorce and civil rights lawyers and of course, Gorsuch and Roberts will always look after the lawyers.
The real issue is that the Court decided to legislate and that has to stop. The Congress makes laws, the President approves them and executes them and the courts ensure that new laws conform to the Constitution and the rule of law. The Supreme Court exceeded their authority and until the 4 sitting Communists are replaced, all it takes is one with wobbly knees to put another nail in the coffin of the Republic.
