I have it on good authority that all the Denver demonstrations/riots had plain clothes LE in the crowd gathering intel and identifying the violent ones. Drones overhead too.
FanFReeQingtastic. A while ago (seems like a long time but only days ago) someone posted on the Q thread an image showing plane circles around, IIRC, Portland and Seattle, apparently indicating cell phone surveillance or something like that.
