I noticed that tag when I viewed the video yesterday. I clicked on the link and it only displayed a generic explanation of what digital manipulation means with no indication of what was actually changed. Any idea what the claimed manipulation entailed? By the way, I've seen this video before it was associated with the campaign with no indication of manipulation.
