Roger Goodell would like to see Colin Kaepernick back in the NFL this season. The NFL commissioner said during ESPN's 'The Return of Sports' special on Monday that he is encouraging teams to sign the 32-year old quarterback, who hasn't played the past three seasons. Kaepernick was with the San Francisco 49ers in 2016 when he kneeled during the national anthem to protest racial injustice.

Damned if it doesn’t seem like the NFL has a death wish.

I hope someone signs him. I want to see him make a royal horses ass of himself when he gets on the field.

Lefty media, including sports writers, have an agenda.

When they are opposed or lose a battle, the agenda becomes revenge.

This isn’t about Kaepernick. It probably never was. Kaepernick made maybe a total of 6-12 statements - all of them dumbed-down, simplistic, derivative nonsense like ‘There’s a lot of injustice.’ Really eloquent.

At the time, the media took it and ran like an option pitch.

And then the fans reacted. And the league took action. Quietly.

This upset the media who always want the equivalent of a dogfight so they can film it. Content, ya know.

They’ve been licking their wounds ever since. Kaepernick doesn’t have a damned thing to do with Floyd especially the football-playing part but the media are happy to make that very large leap in order to get revenge for being wrong the first time.

Roger Goodell is a waste of skin and Kaepernick is a third rate QB - perfect Rat symbols.

Tebow bows to the “wrong” God. If teams wanted Kap, they would have picked him up years ago. Hope they cancel all football this fall. College too.

Goodell works for the owners. They hired, and recently rehired him. He is the public voice of the owners.

The league recently laid off about 70% of NFL Films and Network employees. They have financial issues.

Thought he wasn’t really that good, plus 32 is kinda old for a professional athlete anymore.

Don’t forget, NFL, we all have freedom of speech rights too and can’t be forced to spend our money to watch you.

For any team that hasn’t been to or won a Super Bowl, you couldn’t ask for a better (the-fix-is-in) player to take you all the way to the top this season.

If Roger Goodall is so concerned maybe he should step aside and let a poor brother Kaepernick have a shot at the top spot, being black and all i’m sure he’s qualified.//

The NFL is dead to me.And I'll be informing the Corporate Headquarters of Mercedes Benz,Emirates Airlines,Rollex,Princess Cruise Lines and Bank of America that I've made that decision.

Their employees are easily replaceable.
It’s hard to replace customers.
Lotsa luck finding enough black fans and soyboys to replace us.

How about encouraging teams to hire Tim Tebow? He was the original kneeler, remember? And he was kneeling to Christ.

He’s not a trouble maker anymore, he is a signal to the world that a team is down with the struggle.

The San Francisco 49ers were 2 and 14 Colin's last season there. His overall record as a starting quarterback is 32 and 32. When the point is to win games, then why would anybody sign him?

The NFL is very fortunate Tebow never filed a civil rights suit. I’ll bet discovery would have been very interesting...
