My suggestion for the “Free State of Chaz now called Chop” is quite simple.
1. Cut off electricity, and gas and any deliveries of anything to that “Free State.” Hunger, cold and darkness is a great motivator.
2. If any innocents want to leave that “Free State” assure them armed Swat Teams will insure their safe exit. I mean Swat Teams with a bad attitude.
3. Read the book, “Lord of the flies and watch fiction become reality.”
4. Sit back and pour yourself a drink and be most amused.
5. As they burn and kill and rape and pillage their own just sit back and enjoy and pour yourself another drink.
6. Arrest all criminals as they beg to be let out of the “Free State of Chaz or Chop as they call it now as they are in fear of their lives from their leaders. They will consume their own with great gusto. They are insane Marxists on a power trip. The useful idiots in the terms of Lennin and Marx and Stalin will at this point be most happy to turn on their leaders because they escaped with their lives.

I have lived and worked in many third world nations some of which were total dictatorships and oddly there were two kinds of this dictatorship. The first was a benevolent dictatorship which the people accepted and supported (Oman was a perfect example where I lived and worked.) Democracy in that nation would not work and will not work in the future due to culture and religion as in many other nations.
A gracious Sultan ruled with an iron fist but had the total welfare of his nation as his prime motive. He was a good man a wise man and educated in England at Sandhurst which is like our West Point. Sadly he passed a few months ago.
There is a normal lineage for the next Sultan. Sultan Qaboos did not follow this. He felt those of normal lineage would not follow his path. Post death by instructions prior to death he appointed one whom would follow his path.
Sultan Qaboos loved his nation and was its guardian and a man to be admired. Oman was an incredible backward nation in the sixties. Sultan Qaboos disposed his father and then led Oman into the modern world.
As mentioned he is to be admired. He will be missed greatly by his nation.

Staged photo is right! No one is actually doing anything, not the kids or Moochelle. No one has any dirt on them or their clothes/gloves and everyone knows gardening isn’t the cleanest activity. Looks like the photographer caught Moocheel either putting the gloves on or taking them off too early as her right glove isn’t even on all the way.
