I did a reverse photo search thru TinEye and it found no match for it.

The bikers aren’t supposed to be there until the 4th of July, from what I’ve read. Not sure why the wait but we will see.

No! These are Muscovite Hells Angels from December 2019. It’s on the Hells Angels Moscow site under an image gallery for “Hells Angels Motorcycle Club Euro Run 2019”
