So they 'can't' ask that question. Obviously contact tracing is really serious about the COVID. There probably isn't any other reason to do contact tracing since it isn't tracking COVID contacts.

Rioting/looting is Covid proof, now it is also contact tracing proof. Who knew all the health and liberty benefits that come with these activities.
