Just checked to be sure I didn’t miss anything & I don’t think there was a decision from Court of Appeals re Flynn today. RE SCOTUS it’s why we need 3 extra justices beyond majority - they’re near all compromised.
I was speaking of the taped presentation the other day. The obvious unconcern of a citizen having to pay counsel for another 6 weeks just so the ‘Court’ can have its show.
