Its coming perhaps from all those 10K "essential workers" that amassed in a crammed area in LA and other places to protest, riot, loot, pillage, etc.
Perhpas since there wasn't going to be a second wave, the DS decided to create one. Just like thousands of chinese flights, now BLM Antifa etc. used to spread. That's how I see it.
