It’s just the flu, bro.

So in some states numbers of new Coronavirus cases/hospitalizations have been climbing (partly due to more testing). But it is great that the number of new deaths is declining. The numbers show that some combination of the following is happening: 1. The disease is mutating you be less virulent - I don’t believe this but maybe it is possible. 2. Treatment is getting better - definitely believe this as there is less overventing now 3. Trace exposures have been boosting people’s immune system - not sure of the science but I think a flood of viral load on a weak and previously unexposed person leads to the worst and deadliest cases. The probability of someone having already received an immune boosting trace exposure is higher now than 3 months ago.

These factors above are true for coronavirus and they will be true next time somebody decides to extrapolate some data and say a new virus is going to kill off half the planet. The death rate numbers will always look worse initially than after a few months of exposure. God made us too strong to have a massive die off to a virus.

1. Getting infected is not a death sentence....

2. Driving Grandma to the store is dangerous and if you get into an accident...sorry...

Like you were suppose to know that was going to happen

3. Trace exposures have been boosting people’s immune system...

The scientific term for this phenomenon is hormesis.

Actually on at least one study a significant number of people had a T cell response to covid indicating there may be some (up to 60% of people) with immunity due to previous corona virus infections

I read part of the effect is from people going to the hospital for delayed procedures. If they are in the hospital for something else and test positive, they’re hospitalized with CV, not because of it.

Me and 2 tennis buddies realized this was horse@#$% just 2 weeks into it. We have been playing ever since. For the past 2 and a half months.

We have lots of guys from India who play and it’s funny to watch them hunkered down, scared, their wives not letting them play, etc. Freedom is in the DNA of Americans. They can stay locked down......we’d rather die standing up. Playing tennis. Fools.......

“Trace exposures have been boosting people’s immune system”

That’s what I was hoping for since this whole thing started — why I made a point to go out and about often.
