In the first reports about this death, two officers stated they thought Floyd fell asleep.

That would be consistent with the 11 ng of fentanyl in his blood.

Terminal cancer patients average 12 ng of fentanyl, and they are usually unconscious.

Bottom Line...

The neck hold was legal.

No trauma on Floyd's neck, throat, or upper back.

The fentanyl stopped his breathing.

The autopsy states death was caused by cardiopulmonary arrest.

Slam dunk reasonable doubt.

However - not many jurors will have the courage to vote not guilty, so the kneeling cop will get convicted of something.
